Finding assets quickly

Search first

The register searches across the asset ID, name, location and class. Typing a partial asset ID such as RD-00 is usually the fastest route to a record.

Then filter

Filters are applied as server-side queries, so they work the same on a register of 200 assets or 200,000:

• asset class, type and subtype
• status and lifecycle stage
• condition and criticality
• mapped state — mapped, missing, or requiring review
• suburb, region and site

Filters are reflected in the page address, so a filtered view can be shared or bookmarked with exactly the same result.

Reading the list

The register shows the fields that identify a record at a glance. Use the column chooser to add the attributes your team works with, and export the current view when you need to work outside the platform.
