Adding users, assigning roles, and reviewing pending access requests.

Inviting a user
Users are invited by email address and given a role:
- user — day-to-day access to the organisation's data
- admin — elevated access, including managing users and configuration
Invitees receive an invitation, set their own credentials, and appear in the app's user list once they accept.
Pending access
If the app requires approval, new sign-ups appear as pending access requests for an administrator to approve or decline. Review them promptly — a request sitting unanswered looks identical to an ignored one.
Roles are not permissions documents
A role sets the ceiling of what is possible. What a user actually sees also depends on which organisation's records they belong to, which is enforced separately.
